About our Line of Business – Mission Software & Services 

Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. We provide intelligent, actionable insights and sustainable solutions to our valued partners in diverse industries including defence, government, and commercial sectors.

You will report directly to GM, SW&AI.  You will play a pivoting role in driving strategic product vision, innovation, and growth within the organization and will be involved in a wide spectrum of tasks, ranging from innovative product development to optimizing the efficiency of existing products.

• Strategic Direction: Define and execute a clear product strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals. This involves identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and prioritizing product initiatives.
• Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of existing products and new innovations. Optimize resource allocation and investment decisions across products.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of product managers. Foster collaboration, mentorship, and skill development. Drive a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Market Insights and Customer Focus: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Innovation and Product Development: Drive innovation by conceptualizing and launching new products or features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring ideas to life.
• Financial Performance: Monitor product performance metrics, revenue, and profitability. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders (executives, engineering, sales) and external partners.
• Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships that enhance the product ecosystem and drive growth.
• Intellectual Property: Protecting and managing intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks associated with innovation and technology implementation and developing mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all innovation and technology activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
