Assistant Manager, QA

Role and Responsibilities

• Management of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) iaw with ISO and AS standards
• Take charge of the company's Maintenance Organisation Expositions (MOE) and Certification as required by the respective Civil Aviation Authority
• Promote and manage Quality and Safety campaigns
• Conduct internal quality audits, external audits on vendors
• Take charge of audits conducted by aviatin authorities and customers.
• Manage, develop and enhance Quality and Safety standard operating procedures, policies
• Identify technical training requirements and overseeing competency needs for technical staff
• Manage and consolidate Quality and Safety data for reports
• Attend meetings and other duties as delegated by the Quality Manager 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any Engineering field
• Preference for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in aviation AMO, MRO company.
• Have knowledge and/or good understanding of the ISO, AS requirements
• Added preference for knowledge of CAAS, FAA, EASA requirements. Knowledge of Safety Management Systems
• Assist the QM in developing, reviewing, improving and implementing quality and safety management procedures
