Customer Service Assistant Executive

Responsibilities

 

  • Process applications and exceptions for NS registration, enlistment, deferment requests, and exit permit, made in accordance with NS policies in the required time periods
  • Administer and support various monitoring, online exercises and onsite activities related to NS registration and enlistment. This may include preparation of letters, emails and other types of notifications as necessary
  • Manage cases of requests and appeals, reviewing the background details, engaging the requestor and relevant agencies, prepare submission and make recommendation to the relevant authorities for approval and all necessary follow up till satisfactory closure
  • Provide customer service and respond appropriate to public queries received via letters, emails, escalated calls or service counter. This include performing counter duties on Saturdays (Estimated once a month)
  • Conduct verification checks on records and provide administrative support on updating and liaison with external vendors on NS-related publications
  • Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time, including support projects for external agencies
