Sales Manager

  • Develop and execute Business Unit (BU) specific marketing plans in line with the growth and revenue objectives, in alignment with sales strategies and marketing goals
  • Design, plan, coordinate and conduct marketing event/workshop customized for various customers
  • Perform business account coverage for some of the key stakeholders/customers
  • Manage, track and report on sales & marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Anchor program/contract bidding for the Div, including negotiation and influencing external stakeholders concerned
  • Directly interfaces with outside vendors including agencies, production and fulfilment vendors, as well as business partners
  • Plan, manage and optimise Div’s annual marketing budget



  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Experience in Defence/4th IR Industry, Manufacturing and B2B environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Possess solid experience in programme/contract bidding
  • Team player
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills in managing multiple priorities and projects
  • Computer literate with experience in marketing software packages e.g. MS office, Adobe CS
  • Singaporeans only
