Liaaise with Customer on Engine Condition report, Build Progress, Technical issues and Final
Delivery
Integrating customer special requirements into worksheets. Eg. SAS SB baseline.
Provide engineering support/evaluation for customer query. Eg. SEM/EDX, oil, fuel analysis.
Troubleshoot engine during testing (if there are any engine issues).

Conference Call with Customer
First Article on new ESM procedures, SBs, new tooling

Investigation
To lead the Investigation engine and find out the root cause of UER engine.
- To recommend the workscope in the OPS.
- Follow thru the components testing results
- Find out the root cause and come out with the Investigation Report
To lead investigation 
- Find out the root cause and come out with the CAPA

- Issue Investigation Report

Documentation
Publication review 
AD/SB review and implementation
Worksheet amendments to support shop operation
Test Cell Trending 
Engine test cell run - Performance data collection and analysis

Operational Support
To provide technical support to the Operations 
- Work with engine OEM on part discrepancy/defect recovery 
- Raise internal engineering control articles
- Scrap review
- Investigation of subcon quality discrepancy

Involvement in projects like Continuous Improvement, Task Force, Kaizen etc
