Engineer

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing trainings in close collaboration with various subject matter experts
• Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes
• Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning
• Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
• Maintaining a database of all training materials
• Creating and updating of technical manual and publications

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Good knowledge of Electronics, especially on RF communication and Networking
• Prior experience in delivering trainings
• Good knowledge of training pedagogy
• Strong ability to get buy in and engage your audience
• Possess excellent communication & presentation skills
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
