You will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects related to communication infrastructure and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.

As a prime contractor to the customer, you will assist the Programme Manager in these areas.

Project Delivery:

• Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion according to scope and within allocated budget.
• Responsible for interfacing and engaging customers on a regular basis to follow up on project progress and status.
• Responsible for interfacing with multiple business units within the organization to ensure contractual deliverables are fulfilled.
• Responsible for interfacing with internal supporting resources including procurement, legal, finance, QA, HR on project matters wherever necessary.
• Tasks include but not limited to project planning, project resources allocation, budget preparation, progress monitoring, and keeping all (internal/external) stakeholders updated on project progress and status.
• Escalate and discuss project overrun issues, scope creep, integration issues, resource requirements with the Programme Manager.
• Joint responsibility with business owner for the delivery of the planned revenue target.

Team Management:

• Liaise with team members to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to schedule.
• Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the team leader / members.  

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Engineering Field e.g. Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience is preferred.
• Project Professional Management (PMP) Certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Satellite Communications (Satcom) System Solutions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the defense industry (local and/or international) is an advantage.
• Proven success player as an independent, self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, and able to work collaboratively in team environment and individually.
• Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
• Proven track record in assuming overall responsibilities and managing medium-scale projects.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability
• Ability to travel overseas if required.
• Singaporean only
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior role.
