About the Role

As a System Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Projects & Ops team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing state-of-the-art smart security systems. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing safety and efficiency through automation and intelligent solutions that address contemporary security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain smart security systems, ensuring they meet the technical requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation technologies into existing infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to identify the best solutions for various projects.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment and post-deployment evaluations.
• Implement configuration management and change control processes to ensure system integrity and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to colleagues and clients on system functionalities and applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in smart security and automation technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system engineering, particularly in the security and automation sectors. The following qualifications and skills are essential:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in system engineering, preferably with a focus on security systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively within teams and with clients.
• Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of security industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
