This position reports directly to Corporate Business Operations and is tasked with providing dependable, secure, and responsive IT helpdesk services. The IT Service Engineer is responsible for supporting end users, overseeing incident management and service requests, and ensuring the maintenance of IT assets in accordance with corporate policies and audit standards to facilitate efficient daily operations.

- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end-user devices, systems, and enterprise applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues in compliance with SLA requirements.
- Log, monitor, and manage incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and optimize IT support workflows, promoting timely issue resolution and ongoing service enhancement.
- Conduct IT asset provisioning, tagging, registration, and disposal in accordance with organizational policies.
- Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment management.
- Provide support for meeting rooms, collaboration platforms, and end-user productivity solutions.
- Escalate complex technical and security matters to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge base documentation, and other support materials.
- Project and Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Supervise assigned IT projects and undertake additional IT-related duties as required.
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or Service Desk positions
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and fundamental networking concepts
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proven capability in practising cybersecurity policies, including proficiency in key cybersecurity principles, vulnerability scanning, and system hardening methods
- Exposure to ITIL methodologies, ISO 27001 standards, or audit-related environments is considered advantageous
- Experience with or familiarity in AI development, participation in AI-related projects, or knowledge of AI technologies is highly regarded
- Working location is in Jurong East/Ang Mo Kio
