Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. The role often requires strong technical skills in networking, hardware, security, and troubleshooting, along with good communication and organizational skills. Technical Specialist may work in-house for a project or as part of an external MSP that provides services to multiple clients.
Be Part of Our Success
As a Project Manager, you are required (but not limited) to:
- Define project goals and scope
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Plan and document project tasks
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives
- Ensure deliverables are delivered on-time
- Manage all project resources
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Understand and explore customer business challenges and requirements
- Effectively communicating with stakeholders
- Eliminate blockers and conduct risk management to minimize project risks
- Document projects process using various project management tools
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Aptitude to engage clients, and identify new business opportunities
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience with working in secured areas
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Singaporean only.
