Description:
- Assist in the execution of projects assigned.
- Proficient in the understanding of MEP/ construction drawings.
- Supervising/ monitoring of sub-contractors work and ensuring safety practices are followed.
- Discuss with PM/HOD for site problems and technical difficulties.
- Liaise with affiliated parties for smooth execution of work on site.
- Material tracking to ensure sufficient materials are readily available for installation.
- To carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment deployed to work site.
- Conduct quality checks of sub-contractor/ vendor works daily.
- Handle site inspection with client/main contractors representatives and updates site installation progress.
- To update drafter on site changes and as-built drawings.
- Arrange and obtain for permit to work before execution of site.
- To ensure all project documentation are properly kept and filed.
- Attend daily toolbox and WSH meeting.
- Carried out assignments as detailed by PM/ HOD.
