Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to lead and grow our global sensors business, with a focus on Europe, United States and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electronic component sales, deep understanding of international shipping processes, and the ability to navigate corporate structures while driving revenue growth.
Job Scope:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in US, Europe, and Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from hunting, lead generation to order fulfillment.
- Ensure smooth delivery of goods by coordinating logistics and understanding Incoterms for international shipping.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, planning, logistics and finance to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Handle and tracking warranty returns till replacement cycle is complete.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering fields.
- Diploma with relevant experience will be considered as well.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in B2B electronics / component / sensor sales.
- Experience in handling international customers and achieving sales targets.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of incoterms, global shipping logistics practices and export documentation.
- Excellent and adaptive negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Able to adapt to corporate processes and frameworks.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous.
