Job Purpose
Support production operations by carrying out post-casting finishing activities to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform polishing to remove excess material on the casted part.
- Conduct straightening process to ensure the casted part comply to the customer drawing.
- Inspect finished products and report defects or abnormalities.
- Operate finishing equipment safely and follow work instructions.
- Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- Experience in foundry, manufacturing, or production environments is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Team player with a positive work attitude.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently.
