Title:  Technician III, Foundry

Job Purpose
Support production operations by carrying out post-casting finishing activities to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform water blasting to remove shell moulds from castings.
• Grind and finish cast parts, runners, risers, and gating systems.
• Conduct sandblasting of finished components.
• Inspect finished products and report defects or abnormalities.
• Operate finishing equipment safely and follow work instructions.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.

Requirements

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience in foundry, manufacturing, or production environments is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
