Title:  Technician I, QA

Roles and Responsbility

• To support daily quality inspection.

• Perform normal receiving and inspection of finished parts timely

• Approved incoming materials by confirming specifications

• Conducting visual and measurement test; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials, returning products for re-work.

• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications

• Make quality inspection report

• Raise Quality Notification

• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Qualification

• ITE, N or O level /Diploma in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering or other equivalent 

• Preferably with experience in process, production and continuous improvement is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) in English

• Strong technical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to read and interpret blueprint and customer specifications

• Reporting writing and documentation skill and communicate in English

• Competent in review material certs, drawing and specification

• Competent in using conventional measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, depth gauges, micrometers etc.

• Knowledge in using coordinate measuring machine (added advantage)

• Experience in precision manufacturing (added advantage)

• SAP knowledge advantageous
