Title:  Engineer, Quality & Safety

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Conduct audits, surveillance, and maintaining the Quality Management System
• Liaison with the Customers, OEM and Aviation Regulatory Authorities on quality matters, airworthiness requirement and other related issues.
• Manage and maintain the regulatory approval certifications assigned.
• Investigate quality concerns, perform root cause analysis and propose recommendations for improvements
• Conduct aviation quality and safety related training
• Perform First Article reviews, new engine ratings and capability studies, and plant set-up qualifications
• Participate in department Continuous Improvement projects

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in the aerospace industry will be preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
