Title:  Facilities Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for the upkeeping of facilities and equipment.
• Plan and implement effective preventive maintenance program for facilities and equipment.
• Ensure preventive maintenance stipulated are being conducted promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors in relation to facilities/equipment repair and maintenance, ensure their quality and safety standards meet the requirements.
• Closely monitor all critical repairs to ensure short down time.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Recommend the replacement and upgrade of facilities and equipment through the annual budgeting process.
• Participate in continuous improvement program to achieve cost reduction.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above, preferably in facilities management, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Relevant work experience in facilities.
• Licensed Electrician Worker (LEW) accredited by EMA will be an added advantage.
