What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Accurately track and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in an account management or key sales role, ideally within the aerospace industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand complex technical requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or engineering discipline
