Title:  Material Executive

Job Description:

•    Forecasting of requirements, provisioning parts and ensure part availability for timely output of production engines
•    Forecast and provisioning of company’s stock items inventory 
•    Inventory and stock management
•    Interface between Internal Support Groups, Purchasers and Customers to resolve production/logistic issues timely
•    Review/liaise in paperwork compatibility checking & spares paperwork issues
•    Prepare weekly shortage report & update production chart to ensure latest info are provided for production planning
•    Involved in continuous improvement projects and process improvement

Requirements:

•    Diploma (Mechanical, Aerospace, Supply Chain) with 2-3s year experience in an Aerospace environment
•    Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
•    Knowledge in SAP, Programming or Microsoft Access will be an added advantage
