Title:  Production Controller

Job Description
1. Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for materials). Ensure that inhouse/outhouse/purchased parts arrive in time for engine build.
2. Execute rotable exchanges when required and perform all transaction in SAP
3. Production planning and control of WIP engines in the shop (for manhours/cost). Ensure that clocked hours are well within the budget.
4. WIP engines costing consolidation and submission for approval
5. Coordination of Costing review meetings with internal stakeholders
6. Perform costing submission to Sales Support and ensure jobs are DN/TECO in SAP
7. Support overseas MRO shop (STATCO) material requirements and responsible to provide packing list for shipments to overseas MRO shop
8. Complete continuous improvement projects to improve processes and productivity

Requirements
1. Vocational Institute / NITEC (Aerospace, Mechanical, Supply Chain) or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in an Aerospace environment preferred Poly Diploma/Degree in any Engineering field.
2. Production Planning experience is preferred
3. SAP knowledge will be an advantage
4. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must
