Title:  Production Manager / Senior Production Engineer

Purpose of the Job

Oversee production and ensure successes of programs. Ensure timely engine delivery at highest productivity, quality and safety levels while interfacing with customers and partners to build strong rapport

Key Job Accountabilities

• Ensure positive business outcomes for assigned programs  
• Work closely with internal and external parties to plan, monitor and drive production schedules for engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) processes
• Implement and spearhead continuous improvements to streamline MRO processes for efficiency and productivity gains
• Provide customer support and manage customer relationships  

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
• In an engineering or leadership position for minimally 3 years, preferably in an aviation MRO or manufacturing industry
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and driven to pursue excellence
• A team player with good communication skills
• Project management and leadership skills
