Key Responsibilities
- Lead reliability engineering efforts across multiple aerospace programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer support.
- Perform reliability data analysis to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities to improve fleet reliability
- Support root cause investigations and make recommendations to address reliability-related issues. Perform cost benefit analysis when making recommendations to improve component reliability.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on reliability performance metrics and programme status to management and customers as required.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on reliability requirements to internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Engage with customers and suppliers to ensure reliability expectations are understood, met, and exceeded where possible.
- Able to work strategically with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills to work with data sets in identifying trends to solve poor reliability issues.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skill
