Title:  Engineer

Scope of Work:

• Work with Operations and operational data to identify problem statements and trends, and develop possible solutions
• Propose solutions, including budgeting and funding, to management
• Source for solution providers and/or form task teams to develop selected solution
• Work with IT, SAP developers, internal departments and vendors to plan and execute projects, including data extraction
• Work together with team to continuously build-up roadmap and strategy for digital transformation for MRO
• Keep up with latest technologies relating to MRO
• Assist in Dept Head for other matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering/Mechatronics with electives in AI, Robotics, Programming, Data Analytics or Digital Transformation
• Possess problem solving skills and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Able to adapt, and has a continuous improvement and learning mindset.
• Experience in aircraft MRO operations in preferred.
