Job Purpose:
Support a positive employee experience through efficient administration, with an international, forward‑looking mindset. The role provides broad exposure across people operations, contributing to development as a generalist while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support global mobility administration, including posting assignments, arrangements and visa applications.
  • Prepare and coordinate communications and internal announcements.
  • Process change requests and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Provide recruitment support (scheduling, coordination, documentation).
  • Coordinate MOM surveys and statutory submissions.
  • Administer e‑Allowances and liaise with Payroll.
  • Support employee welfare and engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience will be advatangeous.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations; HRIS exposure an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal English skills.
