Title:  Executive, Quality & Safety

To support the Manager, Quality Assurance in promoting and maintaining high standards of Aviation Safety, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and Aviation Behavior-Based Safety (ABBS) within the depot.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Promotion & Coordination
• Assist the Manager, Quality Assurance in coordinating Aviation Safety, EHS, and ABBS activities across the depot.
2. Communication & Awareness
• Disseminate safety messages, instructions, and updates to all depot personnel.
• Promote safety awareness and foster a hazard-free work environment.
3. Monitoring & Follow-Up
• Track and monitor outstanding safety issues until corrective and preventive actions are fully implemented and closed.
4. Training & Induction
• Assist the depot induction programs for newly posted personnel.
• Deliver in-house briefings on general safety precautions, human factors in maintenance, and other relevant topics as required.
5. Inspections & Audits
• Conduct audits in accordance with the QA audit work plan.
• Carry out surveillance to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Aerospace or Aviation Engineering, or a related qualification

• Proven experience or education in aviation safety, environmental health and safety, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of aviation industry safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in audit methodologies and comfortable conducting inspections and compliance checks.
• Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
