Title:  Quality Inspector

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Carry out regular monitoring and surveillance of production areas to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Support investigations into incidents and accidents, including warranty claims and issues involving aircraft or related equipment.
• Prepare and analyze Aircraft Summary Reports in collaboration with the Technical Records Office.
• Review and authorize routine production work documents under supervision.
• Conduct audits following the approved internal audit schedule.
• Maintain and update SOPs and Quality Manuals as instructed.
• Perform quality inspections of production tasks according to SOPs.
• Examine tools, test equipment, and jigs to ensure proper condition and handling.
• Confirm certification of production work documents.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Quality Superintendent or Quality Engineer.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Aerospace, Aviation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Some experience in aircraft maintenance or a related engineering environment (military experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
• Interest in Quality or compliance-related role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent is an advantage).
• Good attention to detail with a structured and logical approach to work.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
