Title:  Service Engineer - Enterprise Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of Enterprise Systems (ES) operators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Ensure the timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks and projects, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify challenges and implement effective solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and analyse critical reports using Microsoft Excel (PivotTable), providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
• Oversee Enterprise Systems (ES) functions related to aircraft maintenance and modifications, ensuring compliance with customer standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a focus on motivation and performance enhancement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience with Enterprise Systems (ES) or SAP is advantageous.
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance operations is preferred.
