Executive, Admin

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Executive, Admin will provide comprehensive administrative and secretariat support to the senior leadership team in the Aerostructure and Systems line of business grouping. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and handling sensitive information and supporting the department in general admin matters. The ideal candidate will be an organized and resourceful individual with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and manage events, meetings, and special projects as required.
  • Work with sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality per compliance with Company’s guidelines and policies.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the department.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years' related experiences in relevant capacity.
  • Possesses great interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders of various levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to exhibit initiative, demonstrate an ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
