Title:  IT Engineer (Contract)

1-year fixed term contract

Location: 540 Airport Road

Job Descriptions

1. Provide technical support for department IT assets such as laptops, servers and UPS
2. Interface with external technical support for department IT assets upkeeping
3. Maintain department IT asset inventory and provide support for purchase and requisitions
4. Assist Cyber Security and Network Engineers to implement and maintain security measures to ensure compliance to internal and customers’ requirements
5. Assist in department and project IT system audits
6. Assist with planning and executing of server room power shut down activities.

Requirements

1. Relevant IT qualifications such as CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundation
2. Experienced in IT asset management and ticketing systems such as Jira
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
