Purpose of the Job:

Perform contracts’ compliance review in Asset Management of aircraft and engines on leased to customers, support aircraft redelivery process, tech records management and other adhoc aircraft leasing activities generally.   

 

Key Job Accountabilities:

  1. Perform Asset Management activities of:
    1. Contractual review and management to support lease compliance, ongoing lessee management
    2. Liaise with corporate secretaries to implement contractual compliance, changes and amendments

 

  1. Responsible to check and document on contractual provisions, lease agreements etc.:
    1. Identify contractual provisions & response plan by working with other functional teams of Business Team, Technical, Conversion departments
    2. Track and manage contractual precedents & subsequents
    3. Manage contractual documentation (electronic and hardcopy)
    4. Support aircraft redelivery documentation and other assigned tasks
    5. Standardization of contract templates and best practices in working with Business Team

 

  1. Tech records management :
    1. Supervise aircraft technical records digitization process, storage and retrieval system
    2. Organize delivery/acceptance of aircraft hardcopy records, preparation of delivery binders to Lessees

 

  1. Support Aircraft Next Use activities:
    1. Identify contractual provisions for next use of assets e.g. extensions, remarketing, lease extension

 

  1. Perform adhoc duties as assigned.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  1. At least a degree in business, legal, engineering or related fields, or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of prior corporate and/or commercial contract experience; preferably in a law firm, asset management, aircraft leasing or finance industry, airlines
  3. Understand the impact document terms have on various business areas
  4. Knowledge of document management systems
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills with good teamworking mindset
  6. Looking for a dynamic and motivated individual and able to work well within schedule
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe PDF
