Aircraft Component Reliability Team Lead

• Responsible to manage reliability team responsibilities for relevant aircraft platforms (B737, B787, A320)
• Analyse on-wing reliability of aircraft components, detect abnormal component removals. Provide removal forecast and expected repair cost.
• Communicate with aircraft and component manufacturers and repair shops to investigate abnormal component damage.
• Familiarize with aircraft and component maintenance and troubleshooting manuals, review and advise recommendations for service bulletin modifications.
• Conduct periodic fleet reliability review with airline customers.
• Manage component configurations for the in-house component management system.
• Develop and lead digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance workflows and improve efficiency
