Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing and automating reporting processes, driving accuracy and efficiency. This position requires expertise in costing analysis, month-end management reporting, and various ad-hoc projects to support the organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enhance and Revamp Reports: Improve existing reporting templates, automate manual reporting processes, and develop new reports to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
· Costing Analysis: Perform in-depth costing analysis, ensuring accuracy in product costing and contributing to pricing strategies.
· Month-End Management Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of month-end management reports, and ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
· Ad-Hoc Duties and Projects: Support various ad-hoc duties and cross-functional projects as required, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
· Educational Background: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience in financial accounting or analysis will also be considered.
· Technical Expertise: Strong familiarity with SAP ECC, particularly in FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and CS (Customer Service) modules.
· Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), as well as experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools for data visualization.
· Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for working with data and attention to detail.
· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build effective relationships across teams, collaborating with various departments to meet objectives and drive performance improvements.
· Adaptability and Independence: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
