Work Hour: 12 hour shift, 8am-8pm OR 8pm-8am
- Handle customer’s demand for aircraft spares and enquiries.
- Help program to recover any AOG requirement.
- Follow up on delivery schedule on the exchange or purchase of components.
- Prepare packing list for delivering of units to customer.
- Co-ordination of all shipments to the customer.
- All rotables shipped are tracked and reported in handover report.
- Response to all customer enquiries by emails.
- Following up quotations, purchase orders and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Sourcing of aircraft component
- Open to 12 hr shift
