Procurement Analytics Executive (Aerospace)

Job Purpose

Support the procurement organisation by transforming procurement data into actionable insights that improve spend visibility, supplier performance monitoring, compliance tracking, and sourcing decision-making.

The role works closely with various operation teams to strengthen procurement effectiveness through analytics, dashboard development, and reporting automation.

Key Responsibilities

Spend Analysis & Procurement Reporting

• Perform spend analysis across categories, suppliers, and business units

• Maintain procurement dashboards and performance reports

• Support monthly procurement KPI reporting

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend trend analysis

• Track procurement savings pipeline vs realised savings

Supplier Performance Analytics

• Maintain supplier performance dashboards and scorecards

• Track supplier delivery, quality, and responsiveness trends

• Support supplier performance reviews with data insights

• Highlight supplier performance risks and improvement opportunities

Data Management & Spend Classification

• Support spend taxonomy classification and data standardisation

• Improve supplier master data accuracy

• Clean and structure procurement datasets from ERP / P2P systems

• Support tail-spend visibility initiatives

Dashboard Development & Reporting Automation

• Develop and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards

• Automate recurring procurement reports

• Support contract utilisation tracking

• Support compliance and maverick spend reporting

Requirements on Education

Degree in:

• Supply Chain Management

• Business

• Engineering

• Data Analytics or related discipline

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply chain analytics, or business data analysis

• Experience working with ERP procurement datasets (SAP preferred)

• Exposure to procurement dashboard development is strongly preferred

• Entry level graduates with strong analytics capability and relevant internship experience 

Technical Skills

Required:

• Power BI or Tableau

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards)

Preferred:

• SAP or equivalent ERP procurement reporting

• SQL (basic)

• Exposure to reporting automation tools

Procurement Knowledge (Advantage)

Basic understanding of:

• sourcing lifecycle

• supplier performance metrics

• spend analysis
