Description: 

Jobscope includes but not limited to the following:

  • Understand/conduct RFQ process and tabulation of quotations;
  • Understand Waiver of Competition (WOC) guidelines and when to apply;
  • Generate PO from Requisition and send POs to vendors and followup on order acknowledgements;
  • Track components deliveries and followup on GR (Goods Receipt);
  • Resolve discrepancies with orders/invoices/components defects and handle returns (RMA) where applicable;
  • Induct new vendors into Approved Vendor List (AVL);
  • Handle vendor renewal issues or vendors’ company information change requests;
  • Generate monthly POs for lease fees, pool fees or consignment fees;
  • support new "Power-by-the-hour" program pursuits by conducting initial provisioning (IP) runs and recommend the list of components for IP and advise relevant costs;
  • perform rotables spares planning and optimization based on goal to support up to X number of aircraft fleet (A320+B737+B787) & to build up components pool stock;
  • review inventory movements, applicability, relevance for programs and recommend appropriate actions to maximize deployment/ usage or to sell/ trade surplus components;
  • followup on shelf-life expired/ due-to-expire consumables/ expendables and recommend disposal actions;
  • assist in generating various inventory related reports or PO reports for analysis / presentation purposes;
  • assist in implementing new application systems/ embark on AI-related projects to improve above work processes, etc

 

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

Aviation-related disciplines, SAP knowledge, spares provisioning skills will be preferred.

Excel knowledge & skills is a must-have.

Individuals with AI-related skills and experience will have an added advantage.
