The Licensed Aircraft Engineer is responsible to the Duty Manager for:
- The day-to-day maintenance and rectification of all customer’s aircraft.
- Ensuring all work is carry out in accordance with approved maintenance data and is within the scope of work approved by relevant airworthiness authority and operator.
- Performing aircraft release to service certification (CRS) for maintenance and repair of aircraft according to the Company authorisation issued by Quality Department.
- Assisting in the forecasting of manpower, spares and engineering equipment.
- Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operation.
- Assisting in the investigation of incident/accident reports and ensuring corrective actions are implementable.
- Assisting in the up keeping of Line Maintenance facilities, equipment, tools and vehicles.
- Ensuring all possible action taken at all times to maintain the aircraft on schedule.
- Ensuring that all staff under his control observes safety precautions, reporting of unsafe working condition and operation.
- General administration, supervision, control and discipline of staff under his charge.
- Periodically evaluating and recommending ground equipment and tools for purchase to meet all operation requirements.
- Providing customer feedback to Operations Manager or Head of Line Maintenance.
- Supervision and ensure ST Engineering Aerospace Services Company Pte. Ltd. Safety rules and regulations are comply by the team members in his crew.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years prior experience as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer
- Valid CAAS B1.1 SAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence or Equivalent
- Preferably with A32N, A350, B787 Aircraft Type Ratings
- Preferably with Class 3 Driving Licence for driving in Changi Airport Airside
- Adapt to Adhoc shift changes due to Operation requirement
