About the Role:

As an Executive in Planning at ST Engineering Aerospace Services, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising aircraft turnaround time (TAT) and manhour estimation processes. This role is embedded within the dynamic Team at PPC (SELETAR) and focuses on supporting our operational planning to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation across aerospace services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate aircraft TAT and manhour estimation models to support maintenance scheduling and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to understand work scopes and adjust planning parameters accordingly.
  • Monitor actual performance against planned schedules and recommend improvements to minimise downtime and optimise manpower utilisation.
  • Analyse historical data to identify trends, variances and operational efficiencies in aircraft maintenance activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on planning metrics for internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline planning processes and integrate best practices in project management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing practical solutions to planning challenges in aerospace maintenance environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in aerospace maintenance planning, project coordination or operations within the aviation industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent organisational capabilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise across various teams and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and maintenance procedures is an advantage.
