Title: Manager, HR, Airframe Services

Responsibilities
· Provide timely operational advice, e.g. people practices, local employment laws and HR trends, to key stakeholders to drive and support people initiatives and facilitate decision making.
· Provide guidance to the line managers on employee grievances, disciplinary and termination handling. Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigation where necessary.
· Partner with the business, Talent Acquisition and L&D team to deliver various initiatives such as the Work-Study Diploma, Aircraft Maintenance Training and recruitment of Technicians and Engineers.
· Communicate and engage key stakeholders via formal and informal channels to ensure they are informed and engaged timely.
· Ensure high quality in all deliverables whilst meeting deadlines.
Requirements
· At least 5 years of relevant experience as a HR business partner in a fast-paced environment.
· A team-player and thrives in ambiguous and fast-growing environment.
· Excellent people and engagement skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff.
· The work location will be at 8 Changi North Way. Transport is provided at selected MRT stations.
