Title:  Quality Engineer

Job Description

• The Compliance and Procedure Section is responsible for the continuous review of company’s airworthiness manual to ensure they are updated timely to meet regulatory requirements.
• This includes reviewing the company Standard Operating Procedure Manual (SOPM) submitted by respective departments to ensure the procedure written do not contradict with regulatory requirements.
• External audit activities either by regulatory authorities or customers shall be managed by the Compliance and Procedure section.
• They shall be the liaison party to ensure that any non-conformance raised during the audit are responded within the stipulated time frame and follow on through closure.
• This section also plans and review internal audit activities.
• The Compliance and Procedure section is also responsible for matter with regards to vendor evaluation and approval, including any concessions if necessary for acceptance as approved suppliers/subcontractors

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Working experience in aviation industry.
• Shall possess Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Conversant with Airworthiness requirements and / or Quality Management System (AS9110).
• Able to perform internal and external quality audits is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
