Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing (Airframe & Nacelle, APAC)

 

We are looking for a colleague who is driven, and together with the rest of the team can meet the ambitious growth strategy that we have launched for the coming years.

 

Our Sales and Marketing department work on a global basis, and you will be responsible for your own customer base. Based in Singapore, you will take charge and champion the growth of the Airframe and Nacelle MRO portfolio in the APAC region. You will be provided with opportunities for international and multicultural connections and get to learn and work in an environment where your technical skills, personal and professional needs will be taken to the next level.

 

To be successful in your role, you are expected to have a proven track records in the Airframe and aircraft Nacelle systems, either from a technical or commercial angle. Additionally, you should be capable of contract negotiation, strategic account management, business development, and think out of the box.

 

This role requires travelling (~20% to 30%) and will report to the VP, Marketing, ST Engineering Aerospace Services Company.

 

Job Description

 

  • Identify potential customers and promote ST Engineering range of products and services.
  • Build and grow business relationships for Commercial Aerospace, specifically for Airframe and Nacelle domains.
  • Maintain and service existing customer account and gather market insights and information.
  • Responsible for defining and achieving company sales plan for assigned region and/ or customers.
  • Prepare and submit proposals in respond to customers’ requests for quotations.
  • Negotiate on pricing, terms and conditions of contract, including contract creation and management.
  • Provide customer support during aircraft and nacelles input .
  • Participate in conferences, air shows and customer seminars and arrangements.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties, if required.

 

Job Requirement

 

  • Possesses a Degree in a relevant course of studies, e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering etc, with at least 5 years of similar experience in the industry.
  • Proven sales track record in the Aerospace MRO industry, with good business network.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suites.
