Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries of aircraft components, parts, and materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Unbox shipments, physically count items, and verify against delivery documents.
- Check and verify certificates for compliance with air regulation and customer requirements.
- Raise Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) for any discrepancies.
- Perform goods receipt transactions using SAP system.
- Coordinate with buyers and customers to resolve any receiving discrepancies.
- Understand and apply airworthiness requirements and certification standards during inspection.
- Utilize SAP for receiving processes; familiarity with aerospace industry ERP practices is a plus.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- NITEC in Aerospace / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Independent, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP and TRAX systems (training will be provided).
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and an interest in the aviation industry will be advantages.
