Assistant Executive (Claims Assessor) 


Job Summary 



To verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines such that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently and according to established service standards. 



Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities 



Verify financial claims and where necessary determine the documents that will be required for the assessment of the claims. 
Exercise prudence in the processing and approving of claims. 


Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision. 


Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience. 



Job Specifications 





Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma Holders preferred 





At least 1 year of working experience. 

Relevant experience in claims processing and/or customer service is an advantage. 





Meticulous, people-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills.
