To verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines such that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently, and according to established service standards.

 

Be Part of Our Success

 

  • Verify financial claims and where necessary determine the documents that will be required for the assessment of the claims. 
  • Exercise prudence in the processing and approving of claims. 
  • Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision. 
  • Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience. 

 

Qualities We Value

 

  • Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Able to consider entry level candidates.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)
  • Relevant experience in claims processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
