Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC)
- Work closely with the Lead for Compliance & Risk Management Office (CRMO) to provide oversight over the Organization’s adherence to legislative and regulatory standards;
- Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and provide updates on regulatory changes and/or legislative requirements to management & employees;
- Conduct process reviews with the Organization to assess effectiveness of internal controls.
Data Protection
- Provide guidance and support to the Data Protection committees within the Organization;
- Evaluate, implement and monitor personal data protection compliance policies, procedures, controls and/or remediation measures.
Education & Awareness
- Foster a data protection culture amongst employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders;
- Create, administer and conduct compliance training to employees, and other educational material/events/ activities to raise awareness on risks, data protection and compliance.
Ad-hoc Duties
- Support any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by supervisor and management.
Qualities We Value
- 2 years of relevant experience in GRC.
- Entry level graduates who are passionate about learning and value professional growth are also welcome to apply.
- Relevant certification (e.g Certified Practitioner in Data Protection, Certified Information Privacy Professional etc) will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, objectively and constructively
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with various stakeholders
- Analytical and meticulous with strong attention to detail
