You will deliver efficient and reliable financial services to support the Authority’s business operations and objectives. As part of the Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of collections through timely reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies across multiple systems. Your role is critical in maintaining strong financial controls and a positive stakeholder experience.

  • Perform reconciliation of Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring completeness and accurate matching of collections across systems.
  • Execute and monitor reconciliations between SAP, bank statements, and external systems (e.g., NFS, PayFlow), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement timely rectifications.
  • Generate invoices and ensure receipts are accurately posted to the appropriate General Ledger accounts within stipulated service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Raise journal vouchers to support adjustments and ensure proper maintenance of financial records.
  • Perform or coordinate bank reconciliations for all bank accounts managed by the Authority
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation and adjustment activities in compliance with policies and standards.
  • Manage enquiries related to payments, payment methods, and requests for supporting documents (e.g., receipts), ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Support stakeholders in resolving system-related payment issues and enhance overall service experience.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reconciliation processes and improve operational efficiency and controls.

 

Qualities We Value

 

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Applicants must be Singapore Citizens.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation, or finance operations.
  • Experience in handling high-volume transactions and multi-system reconciliation environments is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and other accounting or financial systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate resolution.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
