As part of our team, you will oversee various welfare services projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure operational goals are met. Your responsibilities include process improvement, team leadership, and reporting. You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of executives.

  • Oversee the management of welfare services, contractors, partners and any other stakeholders.
  • Ensure achievement of operational goals, contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Conduct regular review of work processes to improve beneficiary satisfaction, operations efficiency, and productivity.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the work of the team.
  • Prepare tender, contract, budget, forecast, and analysis reports.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing, adherence to policies, and uphold standards within the various welfare projects.
  • Any other duties as requested by the management

 

Qualities We Value

 

  • A degree holder with minimum 5 years experience in a welfare service or a related field.
  • IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office.
