As part of our team, you will oversee various welfare services projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure operational goals are met. Your responsibilities include process improvement, team leadership, and reporting.
You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of executives.
Be Part of Our Success
▪ Manage admin & welfare programmes, contractors/partners, customers and other stakeholders.
▪ Collaborate with contractors/partners to ensure admin & welfare programmes meet SLAs/KPIs.
▪ Conduct regular reviews of work processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
▪ Answer all enquiries related to admin & welfare programmes.
▪ Manage procurement (purchase requests/orders) and monitor payment status
▪ Investigate and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
▪ Prepare regular reports on programme performance.
▪ Perform any other duties as requested for the management of admin & welfare programmes.
Qualities We Value
▪ Degree holder in any discipline
▪ IT proficiency, especially with MS Office (advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
▪ Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written)

▪ Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
