Responsible for Registration and maintaining online records of participants.
Be Part of Our Success
- Logistics matters ranging from scheduling, room booking (if applicable) and security coordination.
- Timely updates to participants on class schedules, venues, and changes to the course dates.
- Support in preparation and dissemination of all necessary materials (e.g. course materials, reports, attendance lists and end-of-survey link).
- Administration and collation of end-of-course results.
- Be a point-of contact to trainers, vendors, and participants for the smooth running of courses.
- Updating authority of upcoming courses.
- Prompt invoicing and payment to trainers and vendors.
- Updating of attendance on authority’s platform.
- These include (but not limited to) the following: - proper e-filing of documents for audit purposes, handling of ad-hoc projects.
