You will be required to support various HR processes

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Ensure Progress Reports are submitted regularly via TGS by grantees for Programme Partners.
  • Prepare Programme Performance Scorecard (PPS) 
  • Track and monitor for trainee updates under MSP programs
  • Prepare and mail Reminder Letters and
  • Discharge Letters to trainees for MSP Programs
  • Assist Team Lead with ad-hoc tasks

Qualities We Value

 

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Diploma and above. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and is Tech Savy
  • Quick learner and a team player
  • Meticulous in record keeping
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
  • Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage
