We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Strategic Planning team as an Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
Be Part of Our Success
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategies and business plans.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with business leadership to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements (AI transformation etc.)
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to guide long-term planning.
- Manage and mentor junior team members and interns, fostering their development and contributing to team growth.
Qualities We Value
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in management consulting or internal strategy roles.
- Strong critical analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-motivated, roll-up-the-sleeves, get-things-done attitude.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
